Blogging + Persistence = Money

We have a very simple formula for successful business blogging, blog regularly and consistently.

In other words, don’t get caught up in so many distractions that you forget to post to your blog. Remember, when you start a blog, you become a “publisher” and all the responsibility that goes along with that. What is a publisher’s responsibility? There is an obligation to the readers that they get informative, high value, entertaining, content on a regular basis.

You wouldn’t want your local newspaper only delivered to your door only if the publisher feels like printing an issue do you? No. We have to consider ourselves the keeper of knowledge that people want to know about. Whether your operate a local repair garage, a florist, a restaurant, everyone wants to keep up on the latest news from what is perceived as the “expert” in your field.

So, if you consistently give your reader the knowledge that you have about your product or service on a consistent basis, you will gain paying customers and that equates to money and profits.

Persist in your quest to blog. It may have a “newness” of a brand new car straight off the assembly line when you get started, but always remember that, when the newness wears off, you need to persist in your quest for regular readership. Your will be rewarded tenfold.
