Be consistent at producing content for your blog

One of the most important things you can do to make sure your blog is a success is to consistently produce content. Content, as mentioned earlier can be in the form of text articles, digital pictures, video, photo galleries, white paper reports, quotes of other bloggers, generarting comments by other bloggers, audio files and podcasts, slide shows, free reports, ebooks, and text articles by guest authors, to name a few.

The search engines want consistency from your blog so it can turn it into an authority site. An authority site earns its reputation from constantly giving daily news and new content on a daily basis. It is like a virtual newspaper that is delivered to your door each and everyday.

Quite often blogs with consistently fed content will out rank a very large corporate static page site. How many times have you seen a blog come up on top of the search engines because of the upated content it has?
